APIM Therapeutics's Advisory Board comprises the following members.

Jens-Peter Marschner, MD - Clinical Development Advisor

Dr. Jens-Peter Marschner served as Chief Medical Officer of APIM Therapeutics from 2020 to 2024, where he played a key role in advancing the clinical development of ATX-101. Since October 2024, he has continued to support the Company as a Clinical Development Advisor, providing strategic and medical guidance for its oncology programs.

Dr. Marschner brings more than 25 years of international experience in oncology drug development, spanning early- and late-stage clinical development, medical affairs and regulatory strategy. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in both biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

At Merck Serono, he led the clinical development of cetuximab (Erbitux®), contributing to its successful global registration and launch. He subsequently held global leadership roles in Medical Affairs and Early Development Immuno-Oncology before becoming Chief Medical Officer of Affimed, where he helped transform the company from a research platform into a clinical-stage biotechnology company and supported its successful NASDAQ listing. Prior to joining APIM Therapeutics, he served as Head of Medical Affairs Oncology for Western Europe and Canada at AbbVie and later as Chief Medical Officer of Zelluna Immunotherapy.

Dr. Marschner studied medicine at the University of Jena, Germany, and is a board-certified Clinical Pharmacologist.

The Company enjoys the strong support of Leads to Development, a dedicated drug development and regulatory consultancy having two of its Directors, Vincent Dubois, Ph.D. and Jonathan Kearsey, Ph.D. advising the company on various preclinical and clinical aspects.
